Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak holiday seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary by destination and can take between 7 to 21 business days. These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over ₹199. For orders under ₹199, a flat rate of ₹90 applies. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Redventix is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance processes, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at support@redventix.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
